Service requests are inquiries

Submitting a form does not schedule a move, create a service contract, guarantee a response, confirm availability, or guarantee that a structure can be moved. A provider may need photos, exact measurements, a site visit, or other information before offering terms.

Independent service providers

Submitted information may be shared with an independent local service provider for evaluation and follow-up. Any actual moving agreement is between you and the provider identified in that agreement. Pricing, scheduling, equipment, permits, insurance, credentials, preparation, performance, warranties, and payment terms must be confirmed directly with that provider.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and to:

• Have authority to request service at the relevant property;
• Disclose known structural, access, utility, and site hazards;
• Verify property, landlord, HOA, easement, setback, and local requirements;
• Follow the provider’s safety and preparation instructions; and
• Keep people, pets, and vehicles clear of work areas as directed.
